wanted to join in the fun too but alas, i had a sudden fever that day.. in fact, i haven't recover and my temperature was 38.8 degrees celcius when i measured just now! -.-" i hate being sick!
some symptoms i felt this time.. i think this is my worst sickness so far! 1)i'll feel cold practically everywhere i go! 2)my taste buds have gone haywire and even plain water taste disgustingly sweet! -.-" 3)i have migraines! 4)and last but not least, also the most important, i lose my appetite! haiz!!!

yesterday was ying xuan's birthday! went to vivo with joyce to surprise her since she doesn't know that we conspired with her friend to celebrate her birthday together! XD
the plan was that joyce and i will go to hog's breath cafe and order an apple crumble for xuan as her "cake"! that's also her birthday present from me since i don't know what to get for her.. lol! xuan almost screamed in surprise when she saw us! XD

yesterday, i had some kind of consultation for my gp mid years as i didn't do very well for my essay.. well, anyway, after the consultation,
gp tutor cum ct: heard from your teacher that you're very lazy me: huh? who? tutor: what were you doing in school yesterday instead of going home to study?(i was dismissed already) me: night study tutor: *smirks* then what were you doing with your friend walking around? me: we were going outside to run before coming back to study? tutor: *smirks* me: -.-"
its like WTF! what's with the expression? is it so hard to believe that i actually night study in school? do i really give people the impression that all i can do in school is to fool around? i've been night studying since the start of last year la!
haiz.. this actually left me depressed after that.. which teacher felt that i was lazy? i don't deny that i'm not exactly hardworking but this doesn't leave me lazy right? if i'm really that lazy, i would be failing everything! for the fact that i'm not down for any remedials(except for those for the whole cohort), doesn't it say anything? does everyone think that my results are purely luck? i worked hard for it ok? i don't deny that i did play a lot but i studied too! isn't it important to strike a balance between work and play? must one study until one is burntout to be considered hardworking? i simply have no idea..
case study 1: i have a friend who studies very hard for exams, however he/she still has a life! which means that he/she doesn't only study and study but still know when to relax like doing exercise and perhaps going out to play a little.. he/she is in honour roll..
case study 2: i have yet another friend who studies even harder! all he/she do is study, study and more study.. his/her life only revolves around studying.. he/she did not exactly fare very well, failing some of his/her subjects..
so what does this proof? studying the whole day, which perhaps suggest being VERY hardworking, doesn't necessarily produces the best result!
anyway, after the consultation, i went to bishan j8 to meet peak siah and izzah to buy birthday presents for some of my classmates.. while waiting for the bus at the school's bustop, my mood was lifted and my depression faded away! that is because i saw my inspiring senior! and that is none other than moomoo(henry) who was on his way to get his sgc! really thank whoever's up there for his sudden appearance! i'm really blessed! bought quite a lot of stuff and went back to school after that to night study.. i'm not lazy k?!

finally got back all my mye papers! actually i got the final paper(geog) on friday but due to lifesaving course and the group registration for nike plus human race, i was simply too tired after everything..

i didn't exactly fare very well as seen(in fact, i fared pretty badly!) but it has been my best results achieved by myself in my jc life.. i did it all by myself, without the help of fabian crash coursing me! hopefully moderation can pull my grades up a little! prelims are nearing and i still have a VERY long way to go! really have to work very very very hard from now on!

went singing again at cine kbox! this time i went with kelvin, debbie and suk lum! debbie and suk lum don't really know kelvin so it was quite awkward initially but things changed for the better not long after.. XD and they realised how gay and ungentlemenly this little guy is! HAHA! KIDDING! but i still think i'm more man compared to him! XP
well, have been fooling around for this whole week.. guess its time to buck up le.. got back some of my results and all turned out pretty fine.. but i still have to work harder! prelims in another 6 weeks! must mug like hell!!!

also, yesterday was class photo taking day! so the j2s had no lessons and we all just stoned the whole day! fortunately i brought along my cards and played bridge to jie men! lol! the school also gave free ice cream to everyone(as youth day present i think?) which made me really happy and high as these are the effects that sweet and cold stuff always gave me! plus, my class is damn cool! we all wore nerd glasses for photo taking(my idea! XP)! HAHA! so i guess we'll be the jiao dian in next year's year book.. ^^ zi pai-ed alot with the glasses!
