as you can see, i have completed my first half marathon on sunday!!! although i walked for almost the last 6km.. LOL! well, at least i didn't give up.. XD ankles are hurting again so hopefully they can recover before nike human race next week!

today's national day.. was supposed to go out with xiao pang and ai zhi but ai zhi had some trek.. sadded..
yesterday ny had national day celebration as usual.. and i strongly believed that the parade was better last year(and its not because i'm in it.. lol!).. well, to begin with, we had the band to start off the drum roll.. we also had flag poles which made the parade more grand.. and lastly(also due to the flag poles), our parade did not have too much stomping which made the parade sound messed up.. all in all, the parade was more coordinated last year..
really missed the times we trained last year and also the parade itself! especially when so many ODACians(peak siah, ya ying, angeline, hong hao, jason lee, ming jie and me!) are involved!

friday was health camp! had lifesaving course before that so i joined them at a later time.. my group was called "kuai le xiao pang zi"! cool right? this group consist of three of my other classmates and a j1 called wan yu i think? can't remember le.. but we called him ah wang throughout the camp! LOL! miss tang was our teacher in charge and so we called her "kuai le pang lao shi".. haha! although she's not fat at all.. well, i missed the run and health talk and it was games by the time i joined them.. played frisbee and ranked 2nd! XD also did rope skipping and my group ranked 1st!!! YAY!
zoe joined us the next day and we went to mount faber for the southern ridges walk.. went past henderson waves where we saw some of nyjc's teachers who were there for some bonding session, and also went past one of the resting points during last year's night cycling! there was this bridge-like path which was really long and zig zagged all around.. i don't know how to describe the place but its really cool! X) went to toa payoh safra after that to gym and we get to try out the steamroom and jacuzzi there! it was really fun and many things happened there.. after the jacuzzi, ting ying, izzah, peak siah and i were known to the pe teachers as the washing machine girls.. LOL! its a long story.. but it was really hilarious!!! LOL!
my group got first overall and during prize presentation, each of us got a 20 dollar sports voucher! so cool!!! was dismissed after that and our beloved kuai le pang lao shi sent the four of us back to school as we had planned a surprise birthday celebration for izzah there! really enjoyed ourselves! health camp rocks! can't wait to be facilitators for the next camp!!! YAY!
